Bonus if you have:

Previous coaching or training experience (2+ years ideal)
Certification(s) from NASM, NSCA, CSEP, or similar

We’re Hiring: Movement Specialist at AC Fitness
Location: Fraser Valley Area (Must be able to travel between Surrey, Langley, Delta, New Westminster)
Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Contractor Opportunity
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $26-$40/hour + Travel compensation TBD

What You’ll Do
Coach 1-on-1 and group sessions using the AC Method (Align, Condition, Commit)
Modify programs to suit clients’ individual needs while staying true to AC programming
Communicate key updates and session notes using Everfit
Attend biweekly mentorship + team meetings with Coach AC and the AC team
Travel occasionally for special events, corporate sessions, youth sport teams, and community outreach
Step in to cover team shifts when needed
Capture and share client highlights or sessions on social media (with consent)
Refer new clients to AC Fitness and help them start their training journey
Contribute to program development, blog ideas, and social content that elevates the brand
Offer extended availability to support growing clientele
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, NSCA, CSEP, ACE, or equivalent) – Required
Current CPR/AED Certification – Required
Class 7 or higher
Reliable vehicle to travel between locations
