Jennifer Ng (she/her) is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She has been working in the field for the past two years, bringing her knowledge and experience to help clients build strength, move better, and train with intention.

A graduate of Simon Fraser University, Jennifer studied alongside Coach Anna, developing a strong foundation in movement science, rehabilitation, and performance training. She has worked with varsity athletes in rehabilitative settings, helping them recover and return to peak performance, as well as coaching group fitness classes, where she brings energy, motivation, and a structured approach to training.

Jennifer’s coaching style is client-centered and supportive, focusing on efficient movement patterns, injury prevention, and progressive strength development.
