Recently, I had the privilege of teaching a powerful fitness session at one of the most beautiful and energizing places I’ve ever been—Eagles Landing in Abbotsford, BC.
After leading a high-energy workout, I slipped into their hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge—a full wellness circuit nestled right in nature. I found myself not just physically recovering, but mentally recharging. For the first time in a long time, I felt completely restored and ready to lead again.
It reminded me of something I teach my clients every day:
True transformation isn’t just about sweat and discipline—it’s about balance, play, and reconnection.
That experience became the inspiration for something new I’m launching this year—Mountain Wellness Day Retreats in partnership with Eagles Landing Events.
What Is Mountain Wellness?
Mountain Wellness is my personal commitment to helping busy entrepreneurs, high performers, and everyday warriors reclaim their vitality—not just through fitness, but through mindfulness, recovery, and intentional movement in nature.
