Repattern is a one day wellness retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body through functional strength, nervous system practices, somatic tools, and restorative rest.
Co-facilitated by Anna Cruz (AC Fitness) and Danielle Palmer (Tidal Trauma Centre), this retreat offers a full-body reset in a peaceful mountain setting — complete with movement, integration time, sauna, cold plunge, and nourishing food.
